Angelica Lopez, founder of Mitra Healing Centered Yoga speaks with Wren Ribeiro of Inner Fortune about her unique yoga offerings for survivors of sexual assault and societal harms and about how to keep the body in its most peaceful state. As a nervous system expert Angelica shares many insights about yoga, survivorship, breathing and the hypnogogic state (!!), building community, and sustaining peace in the body. Fallon Stone is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, mentor and healer. Fallon holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She currently facilitates online courses, workshops and private mentorship containers. Fallon has training in body-centered psychotherapy from the Hartford Family Institute, Mindfulness from Lesley University, Rapid Resolution Therapy, shamanic practices and various forms of integrative energy healing.
Angelica Lopez is a yoga facilitator with over two decades of practice and extensive training in trauma-informed methodologies, and the founder of Mitra: Healing Centered Yoga.
